Three disciplines. One workshop.

Polyline holds Air, Water and People capability under a single roof in Jandakot — so design, engineering and fabrication never travel between vendors.

01 · FABRICATE

Air — ventilation ducting.

CNC-cut, butt-welded and extrusion-welded HDPE ducting that survives the mine. Straight runs, 45/60/90° elbows, branches, T-pieces, flanged bag adapters — engineered to reduce friction, leakage and recirculation.

02 · ANALYZE

Water — dewatering solutions.

Pump floats, modular pontoons and floating intake screens — CFD-modelled, FEA-verified at every lifting point. Donut floats in small/medium/large; pontoons that ship under 2.7 m width for road transport.

People — escapeways and protection.

Flat-pack escapeways assembled on-site with full installation documentation. Cable stoppers, hose hangers, vehicle protection — engineered HDPE for the parts of the mine where people work.

Engineered before it is fabricated.

Every Polyline build starts in SolidWorks, gets stress-tested in FEA, and — when airflow matters — runs through CFD before the first weld is laid.
