— Seat Intrusion Protectors (H031) —
Polyline Industries has developed a protection plate for work vehicles used in the mining industry. The plate is designed to protect the underside and rear of the driver and passenger seats from any external intrusion or penetration of the vehicle, such as that from sharp metal objects.
Seat Intrusion Protectors can be customised to suit the layout of any vehicle to allow the plate to be fitted around the base of the seat, whilst still allowing for seat adjustment and vehicle controls. Worked example: a vehicle carrying rock bolts on the rear tray was reversed into the drive wall, forcing the rock bolts forward and penetrating the rear of the cab — the protector plate halts that intrusion before it reaches the driver.
— Protective Door Liners (H030) —
Protection for the interior surfaces of work vehicles used in the mining environment. Customised to suit the door of any vehicle. Liners can be removed on disposal of the vehicle. Reference fitments: Toyota LandCruiser and Hilux fleet door cards, available as 2-set (DP.LC.SC.MW.2SET) or 4-set (DP.LC.DC.MW.4SET) kits.
— Stabilizer Pads (I012) —
A polyurethane pad to facilitate a stable, level, non-slip base on a typical 7° decline. Used for hydraulic stabilizer arms on cranes, elevated work platforms or lifting devices.
— Tow Bar Steps (I013) —
A polyurethane step which attaches to a tow bar, forming a non-slip step.
— Vehicle Roo Bar (H032) —
A customised PE vehicle roo bar. This impact-resistant smart bar is light weight, reduces shock load to the driver and protects the vehicle in a collision.
— Truck Bumper (I011) —
A tough polyurethane bumper typically found on underground trucks and earth-moving equipment.
