Unlike most plastics fabricators that specialise in a single area — rotational moulding, extrusion or injection — Polyline holds capabilities across all of them, in-house. That means we are not limited by one process when scoping a solution.

Materials worked: HDPE primary, plus LLDPE, PP, PE, PU, polycarbonate and fibre-reinforced PP.

Processes available: rotational moulding (in-house oven), polyurethane moulding (hot and cold casting), extrusion, CNC routing, 4-metre butt-welding and sheet bending, butt welding, socket welding, frictional welding, extrusion welding, pulltrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding, vacuum forming.

• TEKCEL Enduro CNC router — 4,100 × 2,055 mm bed, HSD 9 kW spindles to 24,000 RPM, automatic tool change, linear vacuum tabletop
• Fusion butt-welding — homogeneous joints between HDPE sections by heat and pressure
• DVS 2207-4 extrusion welding — by qualified, experienced HDPE welders in a supervised environment
• 4-metre butt-welding and sheet-bending equipment
• In-house rotational moulding oven and PU casting facilities

In-house fabrication means shorter lead times and tighter quality control — and the flexibility to mix processes (rotomould body + fabricated brackets + PU wear pads, for example) on a single build.
