Polyline manufactures the HDPE primary-ventilation infrastructure that sits around — and complements — the Polyduct ducting range. Polyethylene self-lubricates at the hinges, never seizes from corrosion, and offers significant capital savings over steel equivalents.
- Self-Closing Fan Doors — 4.5 m diameter standard. 20 mm HDPE, 175 kg, plastic hinge (no counter-balance required), stops back-flow when fan is off
- Modular Vasse / Evase — 5.5 m diameter standard. 15 mm HDPE, 5500 × 4000 × 2100 mm, 535 kg. Modular for road transport
- Pedestrian Vent Doors — galvanised frame. 850 × 2100 mm, 29 kg, 10 mm HDPE, hi-vis yellow
- Drop-Board Regulators — 1300 × 200 mm, 5 kg. Lightweight boards lock together to form an air-flow control wall
All primary-ventilation parts are HDPE: corrosion-free, UV-stable, low-maintenance and built for the working life of the mine. Custom sizes to your shaft, drift or fan-case geometry on request. Damper doors are listed as a separate product under People; intake cones are part of Segmented Ducting.
