Polyduct — Segmented Ducting

Large-bore segmented Polyduct — split-cylinder construction for diameters that exceed road-transport limits (Ø2.4 m, Ø2800 mm, 3 m ID), plus modular intake cones and stacked artificial-shaft configurations. Assembled on site, no oversized permits.

Engineered for working sites.

Segmented Polyduct is fabricated as longitudinal HDPE half-shells that bolt together on site. The construction lets us deliver diameters past the road-transport envelope (Ø2.4 m, Ø2800 mm, 3 m ID) without oversized-permit cost or escort. Segments ship flat — efficient transport, fast assembly.

  • Large-bore diameters past standard road-transport width
  • Split construction — segments ship flat, bolt together on site
  • No special permits or escorts
  • Modular intake cones — Polyline standard ~700 mm deep, custom diameters to suit fan flange
  • Stackable artificial-shaft configuration — substitute for fabricated steel ventilation shafts
  • Compatible with Pre-Formed Polyduct fittings via flanged or spigot-socket transitions
  • UV-stable HDPE for extended outdoor staging

3 m ID Split Polyduct

Polyline's largest standard split-shell duct — fabricated in the workshop as longitudinal HDPE half-shells and bolted together on site. Used on multiple underground primary-intake drives where the working diameter exceeds road-transport width.

Vasse Primary Intake Cone

5.5 m primary intake cone fabricated in 15 mm HDPE as a modular bolt-up assembly. UV-stable, corrosion-free and significantly cheaper than the steel-fabricated equivalent it replaced.

Hunter Street Artificial-Shaft Stack

Stackable Polyduct configuration that substitutes for a fabricated-steel ventilation shaft. Sections ship flat, are bolted together on site and rise vertically — no hot work, no permits, no escort.

Ø2.4 m Fabricated Split Polyduct

Mid-range split-shell duct — fits primary drives that exceed the standard road-transport envelope but don't need the full 3 m bore. Workshop-fabricated 30 Jul 2020 reference build.

Ø2800 mm Split Polyduct

Common primary-intake size — large-bore split shell that ships flat and bolts together on site. Pairs with the Vasse-pattern intake cone for full-system supply.
