CFD lets us model airflow through proposed geometry before fabrication starts. When the client geometry is non-standard, CFD saves site rework and fan energy across the life of the install.
FEA on every critical structure — lugs, shackles, brackets, anchor points. We stress-test the 4-point rigging design on every pump float before the first weld is laid.
Compliance documentation — exploded views, bolt-up details, lift schedules and transport drawings travel with the part. Site teams open the crate and know exactly what bolts where.
