Pump Install Barge
Custom HDPE flotation. Integrated with the client’s design.
Polyline designed and fabricated the bottom frame and cylindrical HDPE pontoons for a custom 6.2 × 2.5 m pump installation barge, integrating our components with a pre-designed fibreglass mesh deck and aluminium frame.
Making the components work together.
The key challenge was connecting the HDPE pontoons and bottom frame to the existing deck and frame design. We developed purpose-designed connections and a support system to bring these components together, addressing the stability and functionality of the complete assembly.
The result was a coordinated pump installation barge tailored to the client’s requirements—demonstrating our ability to fabricate custom HDPE components that work with other materials and existing designs.
