Polyline combines HDPE pontoons, floating walkways and intake screens into a system designed for your operation. Start with the equipment you need to support, then select the deck space, access and connections to make it work.

Connect pontoon modules to create platforms for pumps and other equipment. Steel I-beams distribute pump loads across the supporting structure, with flotation sized for the complete installation.
Bollards, ladders and handrails can be added where needed. Removable tread plates cover cables and steelwork, helping keep the deck clear while allowing maintenance access.

Join walkway sections to achieve the required length. Two-plane articulated connections accommodate movement, while shore ties and anchor points keep it within the design limits.
Built-in cable trays carry services beneath removable tread plates, leaving them accessible without cluttering the walking surface. Handrails and access details complete the route.

An independently floating screen lets you choose the intake position separately from the platform. Adjusting the connecting pipe length allows relocation while the pump stays in place, subject to the pumping system’s requirements.
The intake rises and falls with the water. A mud foot helps maintain bottom clearance and reduce the risk of mud entering the pump as levels drop.
Straightforward installation.
Deploy the unit separately, then connect the two flanged ends of flexible or articulated pipework. This reduces the need to align heavy assemblies and avoids placing the intake’s weight directly on the platform. Connections remain accessible for hose replacement.
Standard Floating Intake
A self-buoyant screened intake with a mud foot.
