About Polyline

HDPE for mining. Built in WA since 1999.

We design, analyse and fabricate HDPE solutions — in-house, in Jandakot.

25 years of tough plastics.

Polyline Industries was established in 1999 as one of Western Australia's HDPE fabrication specialists. We grew up in underground mining — introducing polyduct, pump floats and a poly-pipe welding system into mines that are still using them today.

Over time we've invested in the machines and engineering to stay useful: SolidWorks 3D modelling, FEA for every critical lift, CFD where airflow matters, a 4,100 × 2,055 mm CNC router, fusion butt-welding, and DVS 2207-4 extrusion welding — all in Jandakot.

Today we focus on three pillars — Air (mine ventilation ducting), Water (dewatering: pump floats, pontoons, intake screens) and People (escapeways) — plus made-to-order survey buoys and a small range of mining accessories.

How we stay accountable.

  • DVS 2207-4 welding standard — all extrusion welding to recognised specification.
  • Supervised fabrication environment — qualified welders, in-house QA.
  • Compliance documentation supplied with every build — drawings, calcs, transport and install guides.
  • FEA on critical structure — every lifting point analysed before weld.
