Raw Material — HDPE Stock
Polyline holds standing stock of UV-stable Simona HDPE in PE100 black, natural-white and hi-vis yellow — sheets, rolls and bar — ready to feed our CNC, butt-welding and sheet-bending lines.
Polyline keeps a deep on-hand inventory of HDPE in the colours and grades we use most across the Air, Water and People product ranges. Holding stock means most jobs go straight from order to fabrication without waiting on material lead time.
- Simona PE100 black HDPE — pressure-rated, UV-stable, the workhorse for ducting, escapeways and pontoons
- Simona natural-white HDPE — for pump-float internals, food-grade and visual-clarity applications
- Simona UV-stable hi-vis yellow HDPE — pump float bodies, hose hangers, cable stoppers and other high-visibility safety parts
- Black HDPE thin-roll stock — for liners, gussets and fitting reinforcements
- Sheet stack ready for the 4 m butt-welder and CNC bed
